İş Bankası Closed My Credit Card Despite Paying Off My Restructured Debt
I configured my credit card debt with İş Bankası and, soon after, cleared the whole balance in just a month. I was assured that my card would be reactivated once the payment was complete. Instead of reopening the card as they had promised, the bank chose to permanently close it. I feel confused and disappointed by this action, as I depended on the card for my everyday transactions. I met all my commitments on time and with sincerity, anticipating that İş Bankası would uphold their end of the agreement. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into and addressed promptly. I sincerely hope İş Bankası will take the appropriate actions to regain my confidence and reactivate my card.
