İş Bankası Delayed My Mortgage Removal Despite Full Loan Repayment

I had taken a housing loan from İş Bankası with a 24-month installment plan. After 10 months, I paid off the loan in full and requested the removal of the mortgage. However, for two days, I have neither received any response nor seen any progress regarding the removal of the mortgage, and I cannot even find someone to address the issue. This delay has created unnecessary stress and financial uncertainty. I have a buyer waiting to purchase my property, and this delay is causing significant inconvenience. The lack of communication from the bank is both frustrating and unprofessional. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
