Anadolu Sigorta Did Not Refund The Canceled Life Insurance Fee
I took out home insurance from İş Bank on 30.04.2024, and they also issued me a life insurance policy (Policy Number: 6199138). Initially, I took out a loan with a 60-month maturity, which we later reduced to 24 months on 13.01.2025. As a result, this loan has been fully paid off.
A total of 16,836.29 TL was charged to my credit card in a single transaction. I used the life insurance for 8 months, and based on the remaining days, a refund of 14,219.05 TL is due. This refund is visible in the e-government system, but the amount has not yet been credited to my card.
When I contact Anadolu Sigorta, they insist the refund has been deposited, but no such amount is reflected in my bank accounts or in the e-government records. I even took a screenshot where the amount paid is listed as 0.0.
I request that this refund, which is my rightful claim, be processed and deposited to my account immediately. I have attached screenshots of the charge on my card and the refund amount owed to me for your review.
