İş Bankası Charged an Annual Fee On My Maximum Credit Card

A fee of 500₺ was charged to my İş Bankası Maximum credit card (last four digits: 8260) about a week ago. I receive my pension through this bank and have been regularly using my card for about three years. My card is linked to the Tokat branch. I request a refund of this annual fee. If the fee is not refunded, I will have to cancel my card. I do not find it fair that such a fee is charged to retired customers, and I want this issue to be resolved. I expect an urgent solution to my complaint.
