I received my Garanti Bank Bonus credit card from the Istanbul Sarıgazi branch, and in October 2025—just the second month after I started using it—an annual card fee of ₺841 was charged. If I had been using the card for six months or longer, I could have understood this charge, but I don’t want to pay such a high fee so early on. I contacted the bank and requested to close the card, but they only offered me a ₺250 bonus instead of refunding or removing the fee. My card is still active, and I demand that the full fee be canceled. The last four digits of my card are 9684.
