İş Bankası Charged Me a Membership Fee for a Credit Card I Never Wanted

İş Bankası refuses to cancel the credit card they made mandatory for a home loan. I was unable to take out the loan, but the credit card remained. At the time, they did not offer me a free credit card, and as soon as the six-month period ended, they charged me a membership fee. I do not accept this unfair charge. No bank representative has even bothered to address the issue, let alone solve it. This is not a customer-oriented approach. They say they will refund the fee only if I spend ₺90,000, which is completely unreasonable. It seems the bank wants to profit from membership fees rather than proper service. Due to this unprofessional behavior, I will pursue all my legal rights. No one has assisted me, so I will cancel both my child's private pension plan and this credit card. I will never do business with this bank again—İş Bankası and Maximum Card have been nothing but regret for me.

Today I canceled my İş Bankası #maximum card. I will never pass by this bank again. Customer service was in a 'close if you want to close' mode and immediately closed it. @İş Bankası
