IQScore.ME Subscription Activated Without Consent After TWD 31 Payment

I recently discovered that my China Trust Bank debit card was charged TWD 472 on April 25, 2026, at 17:15 by IQSCORE.ME/US, even though I have not subscribed to any of your services. Previously, I only participated once in an IQ test directly on iqscore.me and was charged TWD 31. After that one-time test, I never agreed to or activated any subscription or recurring payment. After the TWD 31 payment, I did not receive any email or on‑screen notification informing me that a subscription or recurring payment would be started. For this reason, the TWD 472 charge came as a complete surprise to me, and I believe it was made without my explicit consent. My bank account is held in New Taipei City, and I have already contacted China Trust Bank about this issue. They told me that I should cancel the subscription myself, but I do not even know what kind of subscription has been opened in my name, because I never intentionally subscribed to anything from your side. I request that you immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment linked to my account information and refund in full the TWD 472 charged on April 25, 2026, at 17:15. I also request written confirmation that, without my explicit consent, no further charges will be made to my account in the future.
