On 29 May 2026, I started an IQ test through the Facebook app on my iPhone (iOS) with the service IQscore.me. During this process, a 1 USD amount was charged to my HSBC Bank Visa card via Apple Pay but was refunded on the same day, so I assumed it was an incorrect or temporary test charge and that no paid subscription or further payment had been created. However, on 1 June 2026, I was charged 14.99 USD by IQscore.me through Apple Pay without my permission or clear consent. I did not complete the IQ test, I did not press any approval button to receive the results against payment, and I did not knowingly start any subscription or recurring service. I also did not register with IQscore.me using an email address, and I have not received any email, message or notification stating that I have become a member or that I have accepted a paid plan. Despite this, 14.99 USD was debited from my card. I consider this 14.99 USD payment to be unauthorised and unfair. I have already contacted IQscore.me about this charge but have not received any response yet. I request the immediate cancellation and full refund of the 14.99 USD taken from my HSBC Visa card via Apple Pay, as well as the termination of any subscription or paid service that may have been created under my name or Apple Pay account without my explicit approval. I also request written confirmation that the amount has been refunded and that no further amounts will be charged to my card in the future.
