IQscore.ME Charged Me Without My Permission
I recently used the IQscore.ME website to take an IQ test and paid 1 USD by Lloyds Visa for this service. Although I never received my test result, I did not initially pursue this, as I was not overly concerned about the missing result. However, on 22/05/2026 at 13:14 UK time, an additional 19.99 USD was charged to my Lloyds Visa card without my knowledge or permission. At no point did I agree to any subscription, recurring payment or extra fee beyond the initial 1 USD payment for the test. I consider this 19.99 USD transaction to be unauthorized. I attempted to call but have not yet received any response, which has increased my concern about the security and transparency of your service. I request an immediate full refund of the 19.99 USD charged to my card, the cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my account, written confirmation that no further charges will be made, and the complete deletion of my account and all associated data. I expect these actions to be taken as soon as possible so that I do not face any further unauthorized charges.
