IQScore.ME Started Subscription After One-Time IQ Test Purchase

I used the iqscore.me website to take an IQ test. On April 30, I completed the test and was informed that I could see the result by paying 1 USD, so I made that payment knowingly and voluntarily. At that time, there was no clear information shown to me that a subscription would be started automatically or that any further recurring payments would be taken from my card. Despite this, on May 3, an additional charge of 14.99 USD was automatically taken from my credit card by iqscore.me without my explicit consent. As soon as I noticed this, I canceled the subscription on the site, but I have not received any refund for the 14.99 USD that was charged without my approval. I also sent an e‑mail to iqscore.me about this issue, but I have not received any response yet. I request that iqscore.me immediately cancel any regular payments and subscription connected to my credit card and ensure that no further charges are made. In addition, I demand a full refund of the unauthorized 14.99 USD charged on May 3, as this fee was taken without my clear consent and without proper prior notice of an automatic subscription. If this issue is not resolved promptly with a full refund and confirmation that no further charges will be made, I will contact my credit card company to dispute this transaction and take the matter further through the relevant consumer protection channels.
