Iqscore.me Charged My HSBC Visa Card Without Authorization
On 18 May 2026, an unauthorized subscription payment was charged to my HSBC Visa card by Iqscore.me. I did not knowingly start or approve any subscription with this company, and I only became aware of the charge after checking my bank statement. After noticing the payment, I contacted customer service and was informed that a case had been opened regarding this issue. However, I have not received a clear solution yet. I do not remember the customer number or the exact account details I may have used, but the transaction can be identified through my HSBC Visa card information and the subscription record on your side. I request that this unauthorized subscription be cancelled immediately and that all related charges be fully refunded to my card. I also ask for written confirmation once the cancellation and refund are completed.
