I Paid via IBAN for My IQOS Order but Got No Delivery or Response
I placed an order through a website promoted as an IQOS market and was told to send the payment via IBAN transfer. I transferred the requested amount, expecting the product to be delivered shortly after. But once they received the money, all communication stopped. I never got the product, no tracking information, and not even a single message in return.
This is completely unacceptable. The website looked professional, but clearly it was designed to mislead customers. I was scammed, and I’m now preparing to take legal action against the individual involved.
IQOS, I urge you to investigate this website and person immediately. Are they officially affiliated with your brand or not? If not, make a public warning to protect others. I want my ₺ refunded and an explanation from your team.
