Months ago, I believe it was around Jnauary, decided to ditch their subscription box, clicked all the erase and deletes I could find but apparently that wasn’t enough, no option for the card info anywhere…. Done and dusted, or so I thought, two days aho I was surprise charges from IPSY on my bank statement even though I canceled everything, they somehow signed me up for some "refreshment pack" I never wanted. Charging me monthly without a peep? Feeling totally used, I contacted their customer service, they refund I hope, yet this whole ordeal really soured my opinion of IPSY…it wasn’t much good either in the beginning but I wasn’t thinking them as scams at least, now never I’d click on anything they have their name on.
