On November 13, 2023, I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max from MediaMarkt. When the camera malfunctioned, I sent it to Gürgençler for warranty service. Today, I received a response stating:
"Dear Ali Poyraz Cay, your device is not covered under warranty and is eligible for paid service."
I completely reject this decision! The issue is not due to user error—it is a hardware defect. In fact, the problem extends beyond just the camera, yet the service center refused to cover the repair under warranty.
When I contacted the warranty service, they told me to speak with the seller. However, after emailing MediaMarkt, I received no response at all. This is unacceptable!
Apple and MediaMarkt, I demand a proper resolution! I purchased this phone expecting full warranty coverage, not to be ignored. Has anyone else faced this issue? I expect an immediate response and a repair under warranty!
