iPhone 12 System Data Taking 36 GB on 64 GB Storage Issue

I have been experiencing an abnormal storage issue on my iPhone 12 (64 GB) for a long time, specifically with the “System Data” section. Currently, about 36 GB of my storage is occupied solely by system data. On a 64 GB device, this is extremely excessive and leaves me with almost no usable space for apps or personal data.
Because of this, I can barely keep any applications installed. I constantly have to delete apps just to perform basic tasks like sending messages. Even worse, when I delete apps, the system data does not decrease—in fact, it continues to grow.
This issue has been ongoing for over a year. Every 2–3 months, I am forced to reset my phone to factory settings just to temporarily free up space. However, after a short time, the same problem returns, meaning there is no permanent solution.
Although my device is no longer under warranty, I strongly believe this is a software-related issue. I expect Apple to provide a transparent and permanent solution instead of forcing users into situations that feel like planned obsolescence. I request that this excessive system data usage be addressed and that my ongoing inconvenience be taken seriously.

Due to the problem of system data taking up excessive space on my iPhone 12, I have had to constantly revert to factory settings, I cannot delete apps, and this has been going on for a year. I am demanding compensation for damage from Apple, and I found the brand's approach to this process indifferent.

Current status 42 GB System data
