Apple iPhone 13 Had a Manufacturing Defect on the Back Casing Out of the Box

I purchased a brand-new Apple iPhone 13 in Starlight color from a reputable electronics shopping site. I was the one who opened the sealed box in front of the delivery courier and had a damage report prepared. Upon inspection, I noticed a manufacturing defect in the phone's back casing, where paint residue was visible from the inside. As stated earlier, the damage is clearly a manufacturing fault, not caused by shipping. I also filed a complaint with the electronics retailer. Encountering such an issue with a high-end phone manufacturer like Apple deeply disappointed me. I chose Apple because it is considered one of the most reliable and premium phone manufacturers. This experience has shaken my trust in the brand. If we can’t trust Apple, then who can we trust? I’ve purchased brand-new phones from other brands many times before, but I’ve never faced a situation like this. It is highly disheartening to encounter such a defect in a premium product like Apple. I would like to inform you that I will exercise all my legal rights regarding this matter.
