Intimissimi Loyalty Points Not Reflecting
I'm feeling frustrated with Intimissimi because they are not crediting the points I earned from my purchases to my loyalty card. Even though the loyalty program's system should automatically allocate points, I am having to follow up and provide proof because the points are not being processed. Customer service claims there are no problems with their systems and can be unhelpful, almost robotic in their responses. I'm reaching out not because of the 10% discount the points would provide, but because this unacceptable attitude must change.
