Intimissimi Order Delayed for 15 Days with No Update – Refund Still Pending
On September 10, I placed an order through Intimissimi’s online store with an expected store pickup date of September 11. The next day, I received a notification that there was an issue with my order, and they were working on it. On September 12, I called customer service, hoping to switch to a store closer to me, as they couldn’t deliver to the original location by the promised date. However, they refused and suggested using Chrome instead of Safari for future orders, which felt dismissive rather than helpful.
Since then, I’ve received multiple emails stating the issue is “being processed,” but no real updates. I called back on September 16 and was told my order hadn't even reached their system. They couldn’t offer a refund or escalate my case. Follow-up calls on September 19 and 26 yielded no resolution. It’s now been over 15 days since my expected pickup, and Intimissimi has yet to deliver the product or process my refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m still left with no product and no clear answer on my refund.
