The products I bought from Intimissimi Mall Of Istanbul store became lint after 2 uses, but the store and the center did not accept the return. I applied to the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board and a refund decision was made. When I went to Intimissimi Mall Of Istanbul store with the products I bought and this decision and asked for my money to be refunded, they said that this process was carried out through a lawyer, that they would take a photo of the decision and send it to the lawyer, and that the lawyer would call me and request the IBAN and make my refund. However, no one has called or asked me for more than 2 months. I went to the store many times, I called many times and could not find a solution. During my last visit to Intimissimi Mall Of Istanbul store, they told me ridiculous things like my lawyer should call their lawyer. I am writing these so that you should think again when you trust this brand and shop. The brand is a brand that does not stand behind its expensive but low-quality products and does not even recognize the decision of the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board.
