Delay in Intersport Shoe Inspection – 35 Days Without Resolution
I submitted my shoes to Intersport for inspection, and it’s now been 35 days with no outcome. Every time I call, I’m told the process is still ongoing, despite the fact that this should have been resolved within 21 business days. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I feel completely disregarded as a customer. When I mentioned that I would escalate the issue to Consumer Rights, I was dismissively told, "Go ahead and apply wherever you like." This lack of urgency and respect is unacceptable. I expect Intersport to address this delay immediately and provide a prompt resolution to prevent further frustration.
