Adidas Product Pilling After First Use - Intersport Refund Issue

I bought an Adidas product from Intersport, and the sleeve started pilling after the very first use. When I hugged a friend wearing a motorcycle jacket, the sleeve rubbed against the Velcro part on their waist and immediately pilled. I took the product to the store without even washing it, explained that I was in a hurry and would be traveling abroad, and requested an exchange with other products. However, they insisted on sending it for inspection. It’s very strange that they refuse to resolve the issue and compensate the customer, even though the problem clearly stems from their own product. In my opinion, this is a company that should definitely be avoided.
