I purchased my Intel Core i9 14900K processor and for months I have been experiencing serious performance drops, excessive heating, malfunctions, and frequent blue screen errors. These problems occur both during gaming and when the computer is idle, at any time. I have tried various solutions to fix the issue, and most recently, I had to send the product in for warranty service. However, during this process, I have been significantly inconvenienced, and my work has been disrupted. Additionally, my research shows that similar issues are commonly reported with this model. I do not want to receive the same model again, as I do not wish to encounter the same problems once more. Therefore, I request a higher-end, fully functional processor to be provided. I expect my grievance to be addressed and a permanent solution to be offered.
