HelpDLL Error With Intel Arc A750 Graphics Card While Playing Knight Online

Hello, I assembled a computer on December 23, 2023, specifically to play the MMORPG game Knight Online, choosing the Intel Arc A750 graphics card. However, since the day I received it, I have been experiencing issues. I keep receiving a HelpDLL error. I contacted the Knight Online Technical Support team, and they confirmed that the problem is not on their end. It has been determined that the issue originates from the Intel Arc A750 graphics card.
I have read on forums that they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. It is disappointing that a well-known company has not resolved this issue for 10 days.
