I am writing to report a serious and urgent issue I am experiencing with TASHAN WIN GAME regarding my withdrawals. I currently have a balance of ₹508,790 in my account, and I want to withdraw this full amount, but my withdrawal requests are being rejected. On February 11, 2026, I made three separate withdrawal requests of ₹50,000 + ₹50,000 + ₹500 to my India bank card, and all three were rejected. On February 12, 2026, I again made three withdrawal requests of ₹45,000 + ₹5,000 + ₹49,000, and those were also rejected. In total, my withdrawals have now been rejected multiple times. My TASHAN WIN GAME UID is 2261836.
Despite these repeated rejections, I have not received any reply or explanation from TASHAN WIN GAME customer support. No clear reason has been provided as to why my withdrawals are being blocked, even though I am only attempting to withdraw my own money to my bank card. This situation is urgent and is causing me serious financial stress and concern, as I need this money to be paid out without further delay.
I urgently request that TASHAN WIN GAME immediately approve and process the full amount of ₹508,790 to my India bank card, or provide a clear and valid explanation if there is any issue with my account. I expect this matter to be resolved as quickly as possible, as the ongoing delay is unacceptable and extremely distressing.
