My Account Blocked After Withdrawal Request

I was using Instamatch from India and on 26 May at around 3:15 pm I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 9,860 rupees from my Instamatch account. Right after this withdrawal request, my account was permanently blocked and I have still not received the 9,860 rupees in my bank account. I did not receive any email, SMS or in‑app notification from Instamatch explaining why my account was blocked or why my withdrawal was not processed. My account was blocked immediately after the withdrawal request, which makes the situation very worrying and creates a serious lack of trust, as both my access to the account and my money are currently blocked without any explanation. I request that Instamatch urgently pay the 9,860 rupees to my bank account and remove the permanent block on my account. If there is any specific reason for the block, I also expect a clear written explanation and a fair review of my account so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
