1xBet Withdrawal Successful But Amount Not Credited
On 2 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 from my 1xBet account via IMPS transfer to my ICICI Bank account ending with 5900. In the 1xBet system, this withdrawal is marked as successful, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Since noticing the problem, I have contacted 1xBet support, but I only received the same automated messages repeatedly. They have not shared any transaction reference or UTR number that I can use to follow up with my bank, and no concrete information has been provided about where the money currently is. I request that 1xBet carry out a clear and detailed investigation of this IMPS withdrawal and provide proof of the transaction, including all relevant reference details, so that the missing ₹50,000 can be traced and resolved as soon as possible.
