My Instagram account with the username “berregnlkrmz” was put into a 180‑day suspension process on the night of 11.12.2025, and since then, I have not been able to access my account in any way due to an error in the identity verification process. First, I completed the face scan step. Afterwards, the system asked me to upload a photo. At first, I thought it wanted a regular photo, and I mistakenly uploaded the wrong image a few times. Then I realized that the system was actually asking for an ID photo, and although I repeatedly uploaded the photo of my official ID correctly, every single attempt ended with the warning “Error, please try again later,” and the process would not progress. I tried this on different devices, different internet connections, and different browsers, but the result did not change, and I still cannot complete the verification. My account is a personal account linked to the phone number 0538 673 90 **. I also sent an email to Instagram support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and my access problem continues. Due to this obvious technical error in the identity verification process, I request that the problem be resolved urgently and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible without having to wait for the 180‑day period. The fact that I have not been able to log into my account for days causes a clear grievance for me both personally and in terms of my use of the platform, and I kindly ask for this situation to be remedied.
