The account contains my personal photos and is also used for my business, so this situation has caused serious financial and personal loss. I did not receive any message or notification stating why my account was taken down.
Following the suspension, I submitted a selfie and my ID card as requested by Instagram to verify my identity. However, I have not received any response, and my account remains suspended. I also tried logging in with both my registered email address and phone number, but I still couldn’t regain access.
Shortly before the suspension, I had logged in from a different device and through a third-party app, which might have triggered this issue — but I was never informed about any problem.
