I Can’t Delete My Old Instagram Account Linked to an Inaccessible Email and Number

I am the rightful owner of the Instagram account with the handle @n*, but I’ve lost access to it because it’s tied to an old email address and phone number that I no longer use. Despite this, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Instagram through their Help Center—I’ve filled out several forms, sent emails, and even stated that I’m willing to verify my identity.

It’s been 4–5 days without any response. I’ve done everything I can to prove ownership and request that the account be permanently deleted, yet Instagram has ignored my request.
