However, I have repeatedly submitted my identity documents and selfie verifications to prove that the account belongs to me. Additionally, I have contacted you via email. Currently, I have access to my account, but every time I log in, I am asked to complete a selfie verification. Despite completing this verification multiple times, the process has not been finalized, and I am still unable to use my account properly. Over the past two weeks, I have received responses stating that my case will be reviewed and that I will be informed within “3-4 business days,” but I have not received any updates.
