I did everything correctly. After a few days, they responded, "We have reviewed your account and determined that you continue to violate our community guidelines regarding spam," and informed me that my account was permanently closed with no access. I'm baffled as to how my account, which has never violated any community guidelines or engaged in spamming, could be classified as such and result in the closure of my business account. Instagram appears to be deleting accounts at random. We saw how they easily undid five years of hard work with a single decision.
