Incorrect Card Issuance and Inability to Reach İş Bankası Customer Service
I opened a new account with İş Bankası and applied for a Blackcard. However, the card sent to me is not a Mastercard or Visa, but a Troy card. This card absolutely does not meet my needs. Despite repeatedly calling customer service to rectify the situation, no solution was provided. I waited for approximately 20 minutes on the number they directed me to for cancellation, but couldn't reach anyone. Customer service is not functioning, and my grievance is not being resolved. I did not request this card! The card I wanted was not sent, and they arbitrarily sent a different card. I demand İş Bankası to cancel this card, send me the correct card, and address the grievance I have experienced.
