Infinix Note 50 Stuck in Lost Mode After Software Update

After installing the latest software update, my Infinix Note 50 unexpectedly entered Lost Mode on its own, and I was unable to unlock or use the phone no matter what I tried. I took the device to the MediaMarkt Kocaeli 41 Burda store, which sent it in for warranty service. I turned in my phone on June 20, 2026, and received service order 2602820920.

Seven days have now passed, and I still have not received my phone back. Every time I contact customer service, I am simply told that the device has been "under inspection for four days." I do not believe it should take this long to reinstall software or resolve a software-related issue. Being without my phone has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily life.

I have used many different smartphone brands over the past 20 years, and I have never experienced such a problem or such a slow warranty process. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Infinix or its approach to customer service.

I request that my phone be repaired and returned to me immediately. If the repair process is going to take significantly longer, I request a full refund of the purchase price. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible.
