inDrive Blocked My Account for Requesting the Fare I Was Owed

I am beyond frustrated with inDrive! My account was blocked just because I requested the correct fare from a passenger. The most ridiculous part? I was never even informed about the suspension beforehand! When I checked the reason, the system claimed that drivers "cannot charge passengers extra beyond the fare and POS commission." But I never charged anything extra—I only asked for the exact fare the passenger owed me. How is this a violation? inDrive needs to fix this immediately and reinstate my account. This is unfair treatment, and drivers deserve better support and transparency! If inDrive continues to treat drivers like this, how are we supposed to trust the platform?
