IndexFX Misled Me Into Depositing $300 and Then Blocked My Account
I was contacted by IndexFX representatives and persuaded to open an account with $100. Soon after, they pressured me to deposit another $200, claiming I would earn even more. However, following the trade instructions they provided—opening and closing positions exactly as they told me—my entire $300 balance was wiped out to zero.
I had previously filed a complaint about this issue. Instead of addressing it, the company contacted me again. They told me if I deleted my complaint, they would give me a $100 “bonus” credit, not actual cash, but something I could supposedly use to recover my losses. Trusting them once more, I deleted the complaint.
After that, I discovered I could no longer log into my account. They told me I needed a new password to regain access. I sent multiple messages requesting the reset, but no one responded. The company has since disappeared completely, leaving me without access to my funds or my account.
I demand that IndexFX immediately restore access to my account, return my $300 balance, and stop deceiving customers with false promises of bonuses. Their behavior shows a clear pattern of manipulation—first by luring investors with guaranteed profits, then by offering fake “bonus” credits to silence complaints, and finally by cutting off access altogether. This company must be held accountable, and I urge regulators to revoke their license and force a refund of my money.
