Index FX Took $2,000 After Wrong Trade And Ignored Me After Threats
In 2022, I lost $2,000 with Index FX after they pushed me into a wrong trade. When I wrote about my experience on a complaint platform, an individual named C*** contacted me and began threatening me, forcing me to remove my post. He promised that if I deposited another $1,000 into his account, he would continue the trades and help me recover my money. Trusting his word, I complied, but afterwards he neither invested the money nor responded to my phone calls.
To this day, I have received no refund, no support, and no accountability from Index FX. Instead, I was manipulated, pressured, and financially harmed. This behavior is completely unacceptable and shows how vulnerable customers are treated.
Through this complaint, I am demanding that Index FX return my $2,000 immediately and stop using threats or pressure tactics against customers. I expect them to take responsibility, provide a transparent explanation, and resolve my issue without delay.
