In999ll.com Rejects Complaint Over Missing $14 Deposit

I made a deposit of ₹1,200 (approximately $14 USD) to my In999ll.com account on February 9, 2026 using PhonePe. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe balance and I have receipt screenshots as proof, the funds have not been credited to my In999ll.com account.
After realizing that the deposit was not reflected in my account, I submitted multiple complaints to In999ll.com support. However, my complaints were repeatedly rejected without any resolution. Despite providing clear payment evidence from PhonePe, my account balance still does not show the $14 USD deposit.
I am requesting that my $14 USD deposit either be promptly credited to my In999ll.com account or refunded back to my PhonePe account. I expect this matter to be carefully reviewed based on the transaction proof I have and resolved as soon as possible.
