I am writing about a serious issue with deposits not being credited to my 4rabet account. On 9 January 2026 and 14 January 2026, I made three deposits through the 4rabet app, two times ₹1,000 and one time ₹500, for a total of ₹2,500. All three payments show as successful in my bank records, and I also have screenshots from my PhonePe where the payments are clearly marked as successful. However, even after 12 days, these amounts have still not been credited to my 4rabet account. On the same day, 9 January, I started contacting 4rabet support about this issue, and since then, I have reached out to them around 200 times. Every time, I receive the same response that the payments are being processed with their finance department, but no real solution or update is given, and the money is still missing. Earlier, they also failed to credit ₹2,000, so now, with this new issue of ₹2,500, it feels like repeated fraud against me. I have all the necessary proof that the payments were successful, including bank confirmation and PhonePe screenshots. I request 4rabet to either immediately credit the full amount of ₹2,500 to my 4rabet account or refund the same amount back to my bank account without any further delay, and to properly investigate why this keeps happening with my deposits. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will seek help from the cyber police and take appropriate action against the company.
