I placed and paid for AliExpress order number 3065757753360776 on 5 December 2025 for a set of magic collectible cards, to be delivered by iMile to my address in San Martino in Strada (LO), 268**, Italy. According to the iMile tracking number IM06010000006775, the parcel is marked as “delivered and signed” on 19 December at 9:33 PM, but I never received any package at my address, and I did not sign anything. Because of this inconsistency, I requested from iMile clear proof of delivery, such as a photo of the actual delivery, the signature that is supposedly recorded, the GPS coordinates of the driver at the time of delivery, and the identification of the courier, since, without these elements, the delivery record is, in my view, unreliable. Despite this, AliExpress refuses any responsibility and rejects my claims solely based on the “delivered” status in the system. On the iMile Italy side, I have tried multiple times to obtain clarification and evidence, contacting them via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger, but I have never received any follow-up or concrete answer to my requests. Meanwhile, all disputes and buyer protection procedures are now closed both on AliExpress and PayPal, leaving me without the product and without support. I request either a full refund of the amount paid for this order or a new shipment of the magic collectible cards to my address, as the parcel has clearly not been delivered to me despite what the tracking states. I also expect a clear explanation from iMile and AliExpress regarding how a “delivered and signed” status was recorded when the parcel never reached me.
