IKEA Sent Wrong Wardrobe
My recent IKEA experience has left me very disappointed and frustrated. I received parts of a 100 cm wide wardrobe that clearly belonged to someone else after purchasing a 50 cm wide wardrobe. The mix-up is obvious, but what's more frustrating is IKEA's lack of response and assistance. Having these large wardrobe parts lying around in the middle of my house is not only inconvenient but also dangerous, especially since I have a young child. Despite contacting IKEA, I have received no acknowledgment or solution to this problem. I'm pleading with IKEA to address this issue as soon as possible and send the correct wardrobe parts. As a customer, I expect a reputable company like IKEA to provide better communication and resolution.
