I submitted a visa appointment request through iData on February 3, 2025 for my son. Today is May 8, 2024, and the system still says “waiting for appointment assignment.” But when I enter his details on the iData website to check the status, it says there is no record of the request.
I’ve read online that there have been system errors that prevented appointments from being assigned. I suspect this is the case with our application as well. I reached out to iData customer service hoping for clarity, but all I received was a generic automatic message with a list of unrelated links—no real support or explanation.
I wasn’t aware that the process could take three months, but it has already been more than three months, and still, we have no appointment and no update. This delay is completely unreasonable, especially when it concerns official travel procedures.
I urgently request your support to look into this issue. iData must resolve the system error, locate our application, and either assign an appointment or explain what went wrong. I need immediate assistance—this situation is unacceptable.
