iData Germany Visa Appointment Date Request

I signed up for an iData appointment on March 21, 2024, and it has been 1.5 months, but I still haven't received a date for the appointment. We're excited to go see our loved ones for the holiday. Appointments have been arranged for my spouse's work and our child, and the visa issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, a date has not yet been assigned for me and my son. We're running out of time for our trip, and I'm unsure how to overcome this challenge.
