iData Sends Only Automated Replies While My Refund Remains Unpaid
On 05/13/2026, I submitted a formal application through the iData office in Antalya requesting a refund for fees related to cancelled Germany visa appointments. I was informed that the refund process would be completed within 21 business days. However, as of today, approximately 34 business days have passed since my application, and no payment has been made.
Throughout this process, despite sending numerous emails, no representative has shown genuine attention to the matter — every time, I've only received automatic, standard responses saying "the refund process is ongoing" and "it will be processed as soon as possible," but no concrete steps have been taken. The fee I paid for appointments cancelled about 14 months ago is still being held by iData.
Despite clearly exceeding their own stated 21-business-day timeframe, neither a payment nor a satisfactory explanation has been provided. This approach of stalling the customer for weeks, even months, creates serious hardship and is inconsistent with proper institutional conduct.
Under my application submitted through the Antalya iData office, I am requesting that all fees related to the cancelled appointments be refunded to me immediately and in full, without further standard responses, even though the process is already delayed.
