Duplicate Charge for Italy Visa Appointment with iData! Refund Not Received

Hello, I got my Italy visa using iData. It was confirmed during our discussions that payment was charged twice when scheduling the appointment. Unfortunately, a refund has not been issued. I have presented statements and evidence. Whenever I give them a call, they always promise to follow up, but they never actually do. I would like to request a refund for the service fee.
