I applied for an Italy tourist visa through iData on September 5, and over two months have passed without any update or result. My flight is scheduled for November 8, and I am left in complete uncertainty. I am even considering withdrawing my passport to apply for a visa elsewhere.

The lack of communication is frustrating—no one provides any information, and I am stuck in an indefinite waiting period. I need an urgent resolution to this situation as my travel plans depend on it. Please process my visa application immediately or at least return my passport so I can pursue alternative options.
