iData Delays My Italian Visa, Putting My Education and Travel Plans at Risk

I have been waiting for my visa to be processed since August 29th, as I am planning to travel to Italy for my education. My flight is on September 30th, but the visa still hasn’t been approved. I’ve contacted iData, and they told me they aren’t responsible, but the consulate isn’t providing any answers either. Normally, iData should communicate with the consulate, but nothing is happening. This situation is causing so much stress that I can’t even sleep, and my plans are now completely uncertain. I had to cancel my flight, and I have exams starting next week. I have never experienced such a chaotic and disorganized system. I urgently need a solution before my plans are ruined.
