Stardoll Keeps Crashing on Launch and Closed My Account After Long Inactivity

I’m incredibly frustrated with Stardoll right now. Even though my computer is fully compatible (64-bit), the game crashes immediately every time I launch it, showing an error report and refusing to open. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, but nothing has worked.
To make things worse, since I couldn’t log in for a while due to these technical issues, my account was closed. That account had years of progress, purchases, and effort behind it—and now it’s all gone. Everything I built, everything I paid for—completely erased without a warning or any chance to recover it.
It’s not fair to punish users for inactivity caused by your own app crashing. I’m asking Stardoll to fix the technical problem and restore my account immediately. I’ve invested a lot of time and emotion into this platform, and losing access because of a bug on your end is unacceptable.
Please take responsibility and help me recover what I’ve lost. This shouldn’t happen to anyone.
