My Brand-New Hyundai Kona Car Has Broken Clock & Navigation

I bought a brand-new Hyundai vehicle from Yükseliş Hyundai dealership, expecting a reliable, trouble-free experience. Unfortunately, the day after delivery, I discovered that both the clock and navigation system were defective and not functioning. I immediately took my car to Hunko Hyundai service, where they shockingly suggested removing parts from a test vehicle to repair mine! Of course, I refused this unacceptable solution and took my vehicle back. Such an amateur approach for a brand-new car costing thousands of ₺ is completely unacceptable. This raises serious doubts about Hyundai's quality and makes me question their expertise and reliability. I demand Hyundai urgently fixes this issue professionally without using parts from another vehicle. Stop making customers lose trust in your brand and provide a proper solution or refund immediately!

"First of all, I would like to thank the Hyundai Headquarters customer representatives for applying and embodying the Hyundai philosophy. But I cannot say the same for Hyundai Erdemir. As if I am not the victim here, the Hyundai Erdemir customer representative presents this repair to me as if it is a favor, and as if I have not already waited long enough in this process, tells me that it can only be done after August 18, delaying my repair process by about 3 more weeks. If you also leave your job like the others, how many more people will I have to explain my problem to during this process? My Hyundai Erdemir representative, who said 'let me ask a technician and get back to you during the day' but never called back, I am sharing the photos of the so-called masterpiece workmanship. I want my car to be repaired as soon as possible."
