I Received Unacceptable Bodywork Service at Hyundai Despite Being an Authorized Center

First of all, I would like to thank the Hyundai Headquarters customer representatives for applying and embodying the Hyundai philosophy. But I cannot say the same for Hyundai Erdemir. As if I am not the victim here, the Hyundai Erdemir customer representative presents this repair to me as if it is a favor, and as if I have not already waited long enough in this process, tells me that it can only be done after August 18, delaying my repair process by about 3 more weeks. If you also leave your job like the others, how many more people will I have to explain my problem to during this process? My Hyundai Erdemir representative, who said 'let me ask a technician and get back to you during the day' but never called back, I am sharing the photos of the so-called masterpiece workmanship. I want my car to be repaired as soon as possible.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the bodywork service I received from Hyundai Erdemir. Frankly, I believe that even an average body shop anywhere in Turkey could have provided significantly better service. The workmanship was extremely poor, and although the staff acknowledged the mistakes and assured me that I could return anytime within a year to have them fixed, no corrective action was ever taken. This experience has seriously undermined my trust. If we cannot rely on an authorized Hyundai service center like Hyundai Erdemir, then whom can we trust? For the past three years, I have been getting my vehicle's annual maintenance done at this service center. The maintenance team has consistently delivered on their promises and maintained a solution-oriented approach. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the Bodywork Department. Their work quality is unacceptable, they fail to follow through on commitments, and to make matters worse, they even returned the car without washing it. I expect Hyundai to take this issue seriously and ensure that such service standards are not tolerated at its authorized centers.

I would like to thank Mr. Bayram from Hyundai Erdemir and my customer representative, who did their best during the repair process. They kept their promises.
