Hyundai Tucson Transmission Vibration Issue

Since reaching approximately 35,000 km, our 2020 model Hyundai Tucson has been consistently experiencing transmission vibrations as a recurring issue. Especially when going uphill or during stop-and-go moments, the vehicle trembles as if the engine is about to stall. We have approached the service center numerous times regarding this problem, yet, despite the car being within its warranty period, they have simply stated that 'the values are normal' without providing a solution. However, we did not encounter such an issue when we initially purchased the vehicle brand new. If the warranty does not come into effect in situations like these, we can't help but wonder why it exists.
